Soak it in rubbing alcohol, I use a one hitter so this is rather easy for me, might not be practical for yours. but that will loosen up resin quite nicely.

I have also found that weedeater twine is stiff enough to push through even the toughest clog, while still being thin enough to make it into most pipe stems.
