Going a little deeper, I see us open for another 7+ years so do your worst. Posters will come as the name continues to gets out. We're truly private unless someone shares a link.

As for me, I do get what I want out of this place. It may appear that I am more distant than I really am.

I'm happy. It's the first time that an well known member (or leader) of any forum that i have been in, responded to my thread. I thought that my request is too much for a new member and too bothersome..

I'll give it a try.

Bastard Factory has been my online screen name going back to 2005'ish Freakhole/CJ/517 Underground and every other message board I tore through at that time. I was banned too much for too many trivial things and decided to open my own site and work with less ruLes. Not only did I want to open my own site to evade powerTrippers who didn't like diversity. I also, IMO, had/have creative ideas on how to do this correctly and stepped up to the plate. If people joined, that's great, if not, let them spectate.

IMO I find that the majority of the boards you'd visit were plain looking and boring. I went with an idea of having all forums unique and based it loosely off of a hotel I visited in the 80's...

Racism, Jew hate, and a few shit posters took the site to new lows. I found myself suddenly disinterested in rebooting the ranks after 7 years of every day grinding. Bottom line is both the quality postings dropped and I was done spamming the cyberverse for new posters. The monthly server biLL was adding up as bandwidth grew. I spent more time on other sites getting people here than being here and I was already here too much. I gladly do everything except site coding, I'm not techie type and never want to be so we pay a webmaster to keep this place purrrrrin' behind the scenes in that regards. Still do.

I didnt touch another message board since the day BF closed in 2015. Forgot about them completely. Earlier last year I got this sudden urge to raise the roof on people online and found that most message boards are gone.

Bringing it all back.

Unfortunately, the only data base copy we had of BF was corrupted. I was able to recoup roughly 20% of my threads thru a web crawler service to ease the start up pain. I started with trying to obtain BastardFactory .com and it's basically being held hostage by Chinese Domain pirates for a few thousands due to the amount of clicks it still received over the years. We're set with .net which the last board didnt run on.

This time around, I've done little to populate this board. I'm a little kicked back and not so serious. No SEO, No serious spamming of other boards (some).

CorsetKat and I have been together for a 21 years. She was a touch bent that we shut down and then became super dedicated to her own private board. She's a big reason were back and moving forward.
