Can anyone identify this song/band?

I'd be interested in landing a copy of the music at the beginning of the 1988 movie "Smoke 'Em If You Got 'Em", though it doesn't appear to be listed in the end credits on the copy I have and the only reference to any band I see is to Blue Ruin. Pretty sure it's not them, it's totally unlike anything of theirs I've heard.
