While there were the odd BLM or Antifa supporters at this riot, I think you Trump supporters oughta admit, that it was incited and carried out overwhelmingly by the MAGA crowd. And the most benign of the bunch was that silly big dumb guy with the furry hat and horns, Jake Angeli
I actually felt sorry for him and think he meant no harm but just wanted to make a statement.
He comes across as some misguided soul who grew up without a Dad having a Single Mom raise him, to which end she appears to have failed or could not fulfill the need for a father figure in his life.
Still he entered a public building for which he was not authorized to, so it's a crime & like the others, he's gotta pay.
Same time, I don't think the violent ones benign and they acted out of sinister intent.
It's self evident that the ones less visible who hid their identities through face coverings and attacked police were up to no good and they should punished accordingly to the full extent of the law.

so? you've cited a few examples of ANTIFA/BLM involvement or a journalist who stepped over the line.
But the vast majority committing violent acts and were most likely responsible for the policeman's death at the Capitol Building were Trump supporters. You should accept that fact.
Yes, there have been riots for which BLM/ANTIFA were responsible. But it doesn't appear to have been this one.
