We can only test so much from this side. One issue we are aware of is...

policy reasons with Mailgun". "That being said, other people are getting their emails if they do not
use Live.com/Hotmail.com/Outlook.com, etc. Any email that is not
Microsoft will receive your emails currently".

We have a request to MSN to unblock and hope to hear back.
