Every situation is different, I don't know about the one you're describing, only the one that is the subject of this thread, and like I said, from what I read it's deserved. It's usually deserved.

You're certainly entitled to believe whatever you like. It's been my experience that in the vast number of police brutality cases the suspect did something to get the beating. When suspects comply they don't typically get the shit beat out of them.

My guess is by the time the suspect was placed in that position he had already grabbed the guys nuts, and of course it was after he almost killed them or caused serious injury by smashing into their car Yes I believe he deserved to get the living shit beat out of him.
