The Canadian government actually pushes or tries to push the C$ down

They actually prefer at .70 cent dollar because otherwise it makes exports more expensive

But believe it or not the Canadian government doesn't want that

thatll make the C$ more expensive

and the Iran War will push up the price for the foreseeable future @Weeg

Reason why Canada's currency will go up are natural resources

and the GFC

this happened during tge Vietnam & Iraq Wars

yes there is that currency disparity but it will likely narrow given the amt of debt Trump and the Republicans are piling up
