So of course they think nothing of enslaving the world because that's how they treat their own citizens.

They're sheikdoms with terrible records on human rights.

They're funding a lot of that AI and of course, those states are not democracies.

and they don't necessarily live in the USA, Europe or any democracy. A bunch of them reside in the Arab Gulf states.
