I just do not eat really big steaks much any more. That just seems kinda wasteful when you can get "full effect" from just 8 ounces or so.

I eat steak pretty regularly. T-Bone, Ribeye, striploin....

It is probably better for me to only eat steaks that are around8 ounces anyways.

I have not had an 18 ounce porterhouse in a long time.
