in which case you're sort of screwed

ok well then maybe you can't pull it by the roots then

you'll never win the war but you can win enough small battles to keep it in check

yeah you gotta just grab what you can sometimes you can get several feet of root

but usually vinelike weeds can be pulled from the ground along with a good amount of root

but weedkiller doesn't work on vinelike weeds that lack broad leaves

or better yet if the weeds aren't mixed with desirables, then spray it with weedkiller

gotta get the root or it's pointless

how about those prickly weeds, with the softish stems, they seem innocent enough but when you grab them barehanded they stink like a...

next week there will be 3 where there was 1 weed before

tug slowly, gently, firmly. Use on of those forked tools if necessary to get under it. Otherwise you're just going to rip off the top...
