I know what replace means. There's a big difference between someone who has been replaced because they were fired, and a person who was replaced because they resigned and the replacement filled a vacancy that existed after their departure. But of course you know this.

Moderator and admin jobs are for the most part thankless. I admin 1 forum and moderate another, and I often ask myself why do I even bother? Especially the one I moderate for someone else who I know only from a rather brief exchange of social media text messages. What's your time worth? Why...
