There was NEVER a constitutional right to abortion. You guys do not even understand this shit at all.
The constitutional right to PRIVACY is what Roe was decided on. And it was a BAD decision constitutionally.
Over turning Roe leaves it to the states. Tyranny is using the SCOTUS to force your values on every state. You understand people decide the legislation, right? If the people do not want leftwing radical pro abort laws like YOUR state that allows killing humans right up until the day if birth and not charging people who harm a pregnant woman and kill her baby.
The states will now have laws and regulations that reflect the will of the people.

In any case Justice Ginsburg's misgivings about Roe's framing of the argument seems to have been justified.
Ginsburg was in essence disagreeing with Roe's base argument that the right to abortion was based on the privacy of a woman with her doctor, and not a violation of equal protection as guaranteed by the Constitution.

"Roe isn't really about the woman's choice, is it?" Ginsburg told the University of Chicago Law School in May 2013. "It's about the doctor's freedom to practice...it wasn't woman-centered, it was physician-centered."

The only issue people have with birth control is that they dont want tax dollars paying for when the primary use is for preventing pregnancy. Shockingly people feel that someones sexual choices should be their own responsibility and they'd rather tax funds to helping things that benefit the community.
But absolutely no one is "coming for" birth control. People dont oppose abortion because they just want women to have babies. They oppose because because its directly (and inhumanely) killing a human being.
