I've never noticed any indication on a poast Profile box or in the Memberlist that Flynn's been banned.
Not saying anything definitive, only that it doesn't appear that way.

Flynn can poast at TBC so at any time she could have tossed a gauntlet there if that's what she wanted.
Tulsi's eagerness to triangulate her positions in order to facilitate her executive office ambitions is exceeded only by her ineptitude in actually taking those positions.
Who will she be when she reemerges onto the public stage again?
