Manslaughter was one of the offenses for consideration in the Lindsay Clancy trial, but no men were slaughtered.

However, two innocent children and one infant were slaughtered.

The jury didn't have any opportunity to find the defendant (Lindsay Clancy) guilty of Child Slaughter, or Infant Slaughter. They only had the opportunity to find Clancy guilty of manslaughter, which of course never happened, as no men were killed, murdered or slaughtered.

If the charges of Child Slaughter, or Infant Slaughter had been available to the jury, then it would have been a slam-dunk conviction in this case.

Poll: Should the Criminal charges of Child Slaughter, or Infant Slaughter be available to a jury? Yes? No?

Manslaughter doesnt mean "slaughter of biological men"

It means indirect killing of a human. "Manslaughter' used like "mankind".

They were deliberating first and second degree murder charges, Manslaughter charges, and not criminally responsible due to psychosis.

And yes she should be convicted of 3 counts of first degree murder. The fact this is being debated is fucking insane. She was clearly NOT i psychosis.

That monster influcted a violent, painful and terrifying death on her 3 children and faked a suicide attempt to sell her insanity plea. And people are acting like these children who died in such a horrific manner are just props on the stage of the Clancy murder mystery show.
