Bands have musicians have always kept their political stances to themselves in speech until very recently. This isnt even the first time Metallica has made this statement. The fact that so many of you see partisan stances in Metallicas discography says A LOT about how much subversion has taken place.
Dolly Parton made her opinion on preaching politics very clear more than once. She always said the same thing. But you pricks didnt attack HER for it.
