Over here it's the otters, water skunks, snakes and even birds

No chlorine…because of the koi obviously.

I run 45000 litres on 3 IBC tote containers with plastics and one bog with volcanic rock.

And there's also the sceptics, I don't know if chlorine will mess them

I'm gonna have to do a little change on the plumbing first

I'd need a system that split the supply in two, one for the house and one for the gardens

My water usage here varies a lot, but my plan is to keep the 5000 liter reservoir always clean

How many litres are you trying to purify?

Yeah, too little and it's a waste, too much and it's really bad for you, that's what I haven't invested in it yet

Chlorine is only your friend in small doses.

@MANCID RILKO chlorination needs to be monitored carefully mate or you risk poisoning the whole system!

Yeah, a lot of the mud stays on the water reservoirs bottom

I was looking into a system that chlorinates the water too

Like a vertical wall integrated so the dirty water is separated and then washed out in the backwash valve.
