"Treason in U.S. law is defined as levying war against the United States or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort, as stated in Article III, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution." Trump is giving aid and comfort to citizens of the United States. So ScrotumNub is saying that the citizens of the United States are "the enemy." I think that makes ScrotumNub the traitor, not Trump.
