I mean we all know that it is not the fault of the leadership in California for the decay of their biggest cities. it is because people migrate there from red states to enjoy the climate. Or so we are told by the Cow Cartel

But what of Philly? They do not have such favorable weather. Why does this crisis exist there? And in what way can we blame Trump in perpetuity for this human disaster?
