Here is what I suggest you do.

I will provide you with a list of 20 posters - unique posters, no duals or alts.
I will divide them more or less evenly, left, right, center in orientation.
I will include 2 legacy posters.

All other accounts you will then delete (even including my brilliant comedy characters).
Then registration will be closed, and new persons will only be admitted by referral and after being fully vetted and establish as unique (not a dual of any of those original 20), and worthy. I'll be the judge of that.

Then the law is laid down regarding what sort of crap is not allowed. Violation penalty - dismissal.
