[Damaged Maven]

Well, I donated a few hundred shekels to the Peninsula SPCA last week, a bissel to the Hampton Roads food bank, and our annual donation to the American Cancer Society goes out on the 11th. A poinsettia and a tithe to my mum's church arrives on mum's birthday.

What about the VFW ?

To be serious, the VFW does strong charity work nationwide, and its members who served continue to serve in many ways. I'm not a member, but I contribute to the 40 and 8 in my da's name every month.
