The article said he did the same thing a few months ago. It is up near Redding which is an area know for poor white trash drug addicts. Not much work there plus it gets very hot in summer and very cold in winter. Inland northern California but the spring time fishing and hunting is good. Lots of deer, turkeys, and ducks.
