The CDC says 4 in 10 "transgender women" (formerly gay men who were bottoms) have HIV/AIDS. The number surges to 2/3rds for gay black men who pretend to be female. After spending decades and hundreds of millions if not billions on education to help solve this problem no actual progress has been made. At what point do we admit we can't save people from themselves?
