In my experience, stupid people tend to lean left.

But I consider anyone with an IQ under 120 to be pretty stupid. I think a lot of left leaning people tend to be in the 95-115 IQ range. Enough intelligence to understand the leftist concepts, but not enough intelligence to understand that the concepts are not feasible.

The OP does point out one main problem with a democracy - equal voting. I do not think stupid people should be given the same voting power as intelligent people.

Neither did the founders which is why they deemed only male landowners should vote. Changing that was a grievous error.

I totally agree. I think all voters should be required to pass a basic intelligence test before being allowed to vote. That would eliminate over 80% of Registered Democrats. 115% if you count all the fraudulent ballots.
