I turned on the news. The entire first segment at the top of the hour was about Trump's tariffs on the EU. They intercut the report with shots of the demigogue being welcomed to what looked like Saudi. He looked incredibly self-important as the royalty there rolled out the red carpet for the orange crook. His face was highly painted, a very deep shade of orange.

In the middle of the program, there was an ad for a full program coming up that is ALL about different countries in the EU standing up to Trump. They had a bunch of shots of people all over the place, including Greenland, protesting against Trump. One of the dignitaries in the ad says, while standing at a podium in some ceremonial location, in English, "Mr. Trump, fuck off!"

I cannot believe you fucking MAGAts are down with the havoc this bastard is wreaking around the world. Now they are showing real footage from Gaza. It seems today they are burying 29 murdered children there.

Funny, we recently watched futbol with three English guys. All from the greater London metro area, all fans of different clubs. it was very entertaining to watch and listen to them while they watched the game. and ragged on each other's teams. None of them ever said "footy," but they all left the UK decades ago. They probably aren't up on the latest slang.
