I believe that Alticus is the member who sent another member named Biggie Smiles a pm some time ago apologizing for trolling him so much without really trying to get to know him as a person first. (see below) Realizing afterwards that Biggie may have had him on 'Ignore' Alticus then sent Dove the same message so she could relay it to Biggie for him as they are friends. No reply from Biggie caused Alticus to realize that Biggie may hold grudges and prefers to keep things hostile among the two for entertainment purposes.
