I do lay hands on it (the HK45) at least once per day. The only guns I polish are the Anaconda, Python, and King Cobra. They're stainless and I've found that a particular brand of automotive rubbing compound removes the carbon very easily. All the other guns just get a wipe down and scrubbing with solvent, then lubed with liberal tears or some other gun oil, and reassembled. I dont keep anything other than the 45 loaded although magazines are kept close just in case.

The bible wasnt never rewritten, Shamp. It's been translated into several languages from its original aramaic/hebrew and kione greek.
