A little lesson for you when it comes to politics

As some of you may know, Brazil had a military government for 20 years, between 1964 and 1984

Those were golden years for my country. In the end, economical problems that started with the 1979 oil crisis, putting brakes on the "miracle" as many called it, ended the rule.

After that, Brazil was led by a pack of wolves in sheep skin. It was a mix of the old oligarchy and the left that stayed hidden but active during those 20 years. Many went into hiding and as soon as things went their way, they came back to destroy the country for good. Artists, politicians and "boutique commies" that were living in the US, France and other countries.

A bunch of parties was created, along with a constitution that is simply a book full of loopholes that gave an almost infinite number of "rights" to criminals, especially the rich ones.

But let's take a look at the whole right / left thing here after 1984. The left created all the parties they wanted, including ones that were openly communist. And to satisfy the huge conservative base, parties that were supposed to be "right wing" were created, most notably, PSDB (which ironically enough carries "democrat" and "socialist" in its name). For the first years, Brazilians voted in candidates that they considered to be right wing for president, but their actions were always suspicious.

To make things simple, let's put all the parties into the three usual suspects - right, left and center. What we thought was the right, with the support of the center, governed the country from 1984 thru 2002. The center is and always was a cancer in this country. They are political whores and of course, they'll support the side that is winning. So in 2002, Lula's PT (Workers Party) was elected for the presidency and the center instantly became left wing. This got the power after (what what we thought was) the right, was involved in endless corruption scandals and economical stagnation. So the Brazilian people thought "change" was needed.

The left failed to convince anyone in the beginning, and the same old problems started appearing. Rampant corruption, power abuse and even murder (Celso Daniel, a left wing party mayor who decided to become a whistle-blower on Lula, but was murdered, along with other 7 witness. Yeah, Lula and Hillary use the same M.O.)

But then "the perfect storm" started brewing in 2005. The US was having the post 9/11 crisis, which was followed the 2008 meltdown, China was spending galore around the world, sending unheard amounts of money into developing countries and the price of commodities shot sky high, hence starting another "miracle" in Brazil.

Almost overnight, Lula was put in a pedestal, being fawned over all around the world, including Obama's famous quote "Lula's the man". Everybody was happy and all the scandals were forgotten. Brazil "surfed the wave" for half a dozen years and people were living like the perfect storm was going to last forever.

Of course, problems started appearing, most notably a huge increase in crime. The progressive agenda of immorality and division was put in place at full steam. But everybody turned a blind eye, since their "basic needs" were guaranteed and satisfied. Brazilians were living the dream.

As usual, things went back to normal, inflation corroded our currency against the dollar and the stupidity of Dilma, Lula's successor only made matters worse. When the situation became unbearable and people were certain we were going to become another Venezuela, people took it to the streets and Dilma's impeachment happened.

And it was during that process that things started becoming really clear. The left started accusing the center of setting a coup with the help of the right. Michel Temer, which belonged to the center, was Dilma's VP and the lefties instantly turned on him.

Temer was a corrupt scumbag, but he wasn't a commie devil entirely aligned with the purpose of destroying Brazil's economy. Things went from "down spiral" to "turbulent" under the 3 years he governed and during that time, Bolsonaro became the obvious choice for anyone with at least 5 brain cells working. With the situation in Brazil bordering total insanity, people looked for the only politician who couldn't be linked to corrupt scandals, was non-PC and not afraid of telling things how they were.

He was elected in 2018 and after that, the truth became clearer than ever. All the old scumbags turned against Bolsonaro. Even many who were elected for supporting him, the old traitors that pose as "right wing" only to show their true intentions later.

And now, PT and PSDB, the two parties that used to represent left and right in Brazil, are OPENLY working together to bring down Bolsonaro. There are numerous videos of Lula berating Fernando Henrique (also an ex president from PSDB) and vice versa. Videos of Fernando Henrique saying how Lula was the most corrupt politician in Brazil's history, how the Workers Party stole hundreds of billions, effectively sinking Brazil into numerous crises, are all over the Internet. But now, both scumbags are there, with Fernando Henrique supporting Lula's candidacy against Bolsonaro in 2022. Shaking hands and hugging each other like they were the best of friends.

Bolsonaro and Trump were outsiders. And that's why this "war effort" by the swamp in our countries was put in place to bring them down.

OR, you can take Portugal as an example of a country with multiple parties, and the story is a little different. Same with many other countries with multiple parties. Brazil has its own story.

The Dem/Con dichotomy is not working for the USA. It needs to end. It's created so much intolerance and hate.

being a communist in America should get you the death penalty. Why? Because it usurps the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. Now you'll say "but you support violent overthrow of the government, Lokmar!" Yes I do. The unsuccessful should be butchered.
