Be careful getting excited over this.
All these incremental regulations are is reaffirming the legality of killing humans in the womb. It's all crumbs thrown to the pro life groups so they FEEL like progress is being made.
Until these get undone(and they will), abortion providers will just lie about gestational age. It's all about the procedure used.
As long as they can do either a pill abortion or suction....they can lie about gestational age and no one will know or question it. Unless the woman was already checked by a real doctor and it's in her files. Even then....no one is going to look. The oversight is nonexistent.
These regulations give the impression that progress is being made. But they are unenforceable and will only exist for a short time.
Until a strong stance is taken on the basis of human rights, nothing will change. You cant just allow a little bit of evil and not get over run. You cant just violate human rights in a small window and think it's going to get better. See what I'm saying?

As I've pointed out many times, this is 100% democRATs fault. If they had been reasonable and kept abortions in the first tri and actively fought against late term abortion, this wouldnt even be an issue. Fuk no!
