Parts of Medicare are fucked up...like the ability of the government to borrow from the trust fund. That's a problem. McConnell was really good at it, especially with the keys to the $enate Ca$tle. Lots of cash in there.

Also the Part B part of the ponzi scheme is 15% "vigorish" in the form of the medicare insurance payment.
