Though it was a terrible scenario...it turns out she went into labor at 6 mos without knowing she was pregnant, baby survived. She left it in the tent where she was living.

It' a premarure baby no doubt the mothers drug condition brought on the early birth. In Australia that mother and child would be fully looked after to recovery stage and from the ordeal and no charges would be laid.
