I think bidens whispering is just a sign of his cognitive decline. Inability to know how to act appropriately in public. We all knew he'd get a pass by libnight TV shows and of course the day shows too. As far as the legality of bombing, the media are part and parcel in driving the outrage over dead kids from chemical weapons. If we want to ignore it, and I'm ok with that, then let Assad do his thing.
I'll say this though, the first fucking time terrorists do anything on our soil or bomb our embassies, I'd indiscriminately bomb and kill 100,000 and then go home. Rinse, repeat.

The priority of the military/industrial complex continues under Biden. It's never changed since W started all this.
I think the whispering is drama, as Brand says. Biden just doesn't get how absurdly he comes off when he does that.
