It happened to me again today

You know, that weird phenomenon where I open my eyes and get out of bed

several things seem to be consistent tho

it happens in the morning

I open my eyes

i transition from a horizontal position to one that is more vertically inclined

i vacate the bed

Do any of you recall having such an experience?
