This is simply a classic Trump stunt and is so easy to identify that even a caveman could do it. Trump knows that it won't hold up in court and he is fine with that. Trump actually needs CNN, MSN and others like them. With out them, he would have no opportunity to perform his "fake news" rants trying to cover up his lies. So, why does he do it? The answer is pretty simple. Trump is failing on virtually every front and needs to throw some red meat to his base. Trump needs the "feel good" that he gets from his adoring and essentially ignorant base. Unfortunately, his base is "just stupid enough" to fall for it again and again.
