Some people have really taken an interest in my 4-Post Lift.

It gets mentioned several times a day all over the forum!!!

This thread is dedicated to answering all questions and concerns people might have about my 4-post lift.

You can see it here in this picture if you have been sleeping under a rock and are unsure of what I am talking about.

I think my lift is rated for 5000 pounds.

But that weight has to be distributed around, I am pretty sure.

Do you let your missus drive it or is that a daft question? :Happy5:

You mean my C8 Corvette?

She can drive it and has once or twice without me in it. A few more times with me in the passenger seat. I like to be a passenger every once in a while. Anyone else who I offered to let drive has refused and just asked to be the passenger. It is a lot of power to get used to...

So getting my lift to my place was not just like getting a delivery from Amazon.

It is some heavy steel. Heavy.

Like, when you try to lift the pieces of the lift....it is hard. Because it is heavy.

Really heavy.

So a buddy of mine picked up the lift and delivered it for me. He has a long...probably about 20 feet long...flat trailer.

They loaded the lift parts with lifting equipment to load the lift parts onto my buddy's trailer.

And they we unloaded the lift parts at my house using He Man strength.

Here is a picture of my wife's old Cadillac....if you look at the left side of the picture, you will see my Z28 on the lift...I was probably either going to put it up for the winter, or I was taking it down for the summer.

Here is a picture of my Triumph motorcycle....again, you can see my 4-post lift at the left side of the picture.

You can see all the tires and stuff in the right side of the garage. That will all be going either on the lift for the summer, or under the lift in the winter...I am not sure if this was during spring or fall....

This is me enjoying how PWNT you are.

:Vibin:

There is always some truth when a narcissist lies…

He needs to access suspension and tires on a car his wife occasionally drives? The slime trail from the sofa to the fridge is horrific!!!
