So, was the door dash driver an historically oppressed BIPOC? I can't think of any other reason Admin would care.

He forgot how to use Google Maps, perhaps. Didn't have the customer's number and, therefore, couldn't call or text them and ask the customer for directions. Something about the story smells.

I'm not predicting, but I will say that if it turns out that this guy wasn't actually a DoorDash driver at all and was instead casing homes to see which were occupied and which weren't, preparatory to either burglary or home invasion? That wouldn't surprise me.

That said, it's still criminally negligent on the homeowner's part to discharge a firearm under those circumstances. Have one ready if monkeyshines emerge, but call the cops and have them investigate, don't just go all Hickock on the dude right from the jump.
