I disagree. Do you know how many times this debate has been had? It feeds into a thread, so nothing is lost. I like to chat in between posts. I come in so infrequently that I don't bother with long threads because it's like reading a fucking book. If I wanted to read a book, that's what I would do, and I could. I have a small but nice library in boxes because I haven't bought bookcases for them yet. Anyway, that's how I feel.

Are you responding to our Lotusbud? Never mind Lotus, she has the most horrible case of TDS on record.

Her poor husband has to spend most of his day distracting her from any kind of political news to keep her from going off. In fact, he has to say "Calm down, honey!" at least six times a day when she starts going off on Trump.

One time they were in the Portogee village market where they live buying vegetables from the back of a donkey cart and she saw a picture of Trump on the front page of a newspaper in one of those quaint old fashioned newspaper vending machines that they still have in the second world.

She started screaming at the sky and foaming at the mouth and her poor ever-suffering husband had to say "Calm down, honey!" several times to bring her under control.
