As a former world champion I focus on pushing poo. It makes so much fun.
Butt. I changed my diet and hit weights. Before I ATed spaghetti 5 days old, pizza, burger and bread. Chocolate too.
I saweded that I becameded a bloaATed belly.
As a respected big tymer and heavyweight I decided this can't be.
So I hit up ai and he maded me a plan. Changing diet and workout.
Bad thing is: I push poo every 4th day. Sad meATs :(
And the poo is very small, sissy and not veiny.
Back then I hit up toileTS every 4 or even 5 times a day. Strong, brutal and veiny LOGGS. So gross that I nearly had a nervous breakdown. But it was fun.
Like smoking the first cigarette in the morning. I had my SCAT session. What can I do?
I lose weight and looking a model after 3 weeks.
No sugar, no bread, no pasta. Just boring rice, veggies and chicken breast.
