IPhones made in China and bottled water which costs more than gas on a per gallon basis though that might change under Joe Biden and the democrats. Dems are actually giddy because they think they can cause mass inflation by stopping all energy production etc blame Putin. Putin is not a good guy but strangling dp!detox production and blocking pipelines from friendly democracies like Canada are insane.
Hell, Biden was recently begging the Saudis to increase production beyond Open limits and the Saudi crown prince literally refused to take his call in protest to Biden sucking Iranian cock.
The US paid a high price for Biden's placation of the progressive wing of the Democratic party. They wanted no pipeline and even no hydropower from Canada (the Maine corridor). So of course Biden has to fish for energy sources elsewhere. Such as paying at least 30% higher for gas and oil from international providers. So of course that's gonna help fuel inflation because energy costs are higher.
Alternative energy ain't quite there yet.
Solar & wind power can't make up for the lost gap of fossil fuels.
I think after billions spent by the wealthiest nations on hydrogen power at its most advanced lab facilities around the world, they finally figured out how to create a nuclear fusion reaction last for a few seconds albeit with an extremely high expenditure of energy. That's after decades of research too. So essentially they're only in the beginning stages of making hydrogen power a reality.
So until this lossless source of energy comes to fruition the world still has to rely upon the more traditional ones. And they need a transition plan to get to this brave new world.
