You can click and paste any and all declarations you need to try to deflect from the point that I want all illegals gone. Let me reiterate to you, because you seem to have a comprehension issue. Show me specifically in the Fourth Amendment where it words/states that any or all apply to illegal aliens, and not to "Non-Citizens?" A non-citizen is a broad term used for those on approved visas, student visas, and heads of state and anyone here visiting or on business. The Fourth Amendment does not apply to those here illegally, because being here illegally is a Federal Crime, and when a citizen or an illegal alien are found guilty of a federal offense they'll lose certain rights. Yes? If you look closely at the set up of the 13 colonies, they used banishment as a punishment. It's on the books and it's a very outdated law. But, there is reference to this in the Supreme Court where they deemed it unconstitutional, though they did not find it to be a cruel and unusual punishment. So, there is presidence to eject anyone no matter their citizenship status. So keep your arguments in context. The Fourth Amendment only applies to those who are here LEGALLY. You also missed one key point, or maybe you didn't want this to be brought up. After 9/11 the government passed something late at night called The Homeland Security Act. There are provisions in there giving Federal authorities, and those they assign the power to ignore any and all citizen rights as outlined in their strategic implementation of countering Homeland sleeper cells or any threat to national security. The Fourth Amendment was turned into a pipe dream when that Soviet Era paranoia was made into law. With that being said, we as citizens don't even have protections that are supposed to be afforded to us as American people, and you want to give added rights to people who are here illegally and want to do harm to our Homeland? You sound like someone who wants to let America crumble under the weight of those who only want to take advantage of what America has to offer. You also sound very ignorant on anything political. You're just like a fish at a poker table. You let the cards play you, when in reality you should be playing the player. After reading your back and forth with Dove, it's readily apparent you have never taken or even heard of a Political Science course. Your statements on how and what the government does sounds like an 8-year-old from the Congo trying to explain the genesis of anti-matter. In addition, you've also included illegal search and seizures as one of your main focal points, when in reality that can be nullified by a warrant signed by a judge in that jurisdiction, so therefore I.C.E. does not have to and will not adhere to the Fourth Amendment given the current emergency situation we are in right now regarding illegals in this country. I noticed you got a little butthurt when I mentioned maybe you knew some illegals or are maybe married to one. Are you a citizen or a resident of the United States? Do you know the difference between a resident and a citizen? It's one if the first questions they asked me in Poly-Sci 101.
