I don't think it was a hoax. I see it as "legal corruption". Basically, nothing Trump Co did was anything that they would charge a sitting president with; and Mueller said as much.

I'm not a conspiracy theorist. The fact remains that Mueller said that he couldn't charge Trump because of JD precedent. And there have been people charged that all surrounded Trump. One was just charged this past week or the week before. It's not over yet.
