He hasn't done anything impeachment and dems mostly want to do it for political reasons thinking ahead to 2024. Dems should be aware this will disrupt Biden's first 100 days by slowing down confirmation hearings and tie up Congress from considering legislation. That last part is more a bonus though as it delays bad policies.

However....if I might chime in....I thought Trump demonstrated gross incompetence by not showing up at the Capitol Hill protests.
That's the equivalent of Ike Eisenhower failing up for D Day.
No brainer.

Where was Trump?
This whole mess could've just been prevented by him going over to the Capitol Building and telling his supporters to call it off.
Incredibly, that's all it took, and Trump's presidency would still be intact.

Trump was a no-show President and didn't show any leadership.
It's like hosting a party at someone's house, and then buggering off.
If Trump deserves to be impeached it's because of gross negilgence and incompetence.

If there was a terrorist attack on the USA tomorrow, what would Trump do?
Head to Mar de Lago and play golf?
