Went with my kiddo and one of her besties. Her bestie got a her septum pierced...
I got mine done while being surrounded by people with tattoos, piercings, and such. Everyone was "cool" except for me. I was being teased by the kiddos about getting a tattoo while I was being set up for my piercing.
I looked at these young women and said that maybe I could get a tattoo of a square. They just looked at me, then started giggling. I told them I am true to my authentic self. I am a square and have no problem owning it. lol
They laughed and then said, well maybe a cube and you can be mysterious and people can wonder what it's for. But the ear piercing worked out great. They thought I was tough because I didn't flinch. Nah, that ain't it. I've pushed to kids out. That is pain.
