To be honest I've saw some weird, out of season fog the other day in the city tooI only watched a minute or two. I can't relate to fog being weird, honestly. California's Central Valley has fog all the time. My cousins went to school with "fog days" schedules or cancellation. Maybe, I'll keep watching.
Maybe @Lily's brain is leaking.
We had fog this morning just before the blizzard. To be honest I've saw some weird, out of season fog the other day in the city too
We usually get fog only on winter

It probably has to do with moisture in the air. Why it's happening in places it usually doesn't, I can't address.
Well, we're living in crazy times, so it's all kinda par for the course

Could be climate issues. The climate is warming, maybe enough to create odd, but not harmful, phenomena.
But many people in MN were complaining about feeling sick after breathing the fog, that's definitely weird
You'd expect that from smog, but normal fog?
