Scrotini talks about mod panels like it's some honor. Like he is knighting someone lol. That's the narcissistic mind at work. He thinks having a panel is a power position over others and not as a grunt position like the rest of us understand it to be.
You basically just keep the board clean. It's a cyber janitor position you do as a favor to a board owner. Owners should be grateful to their mods for being willing to help keep their board clean. But a narc sees it like the mod should be grateful to the owner for being bestowed with such an honor to serve the owner.
Kind of like expecting gratitude from someone who is cleaning your trashed house to help you. Instead of thanking them for their work, you expect them to thank you for the opportunity to clean their house.
It's pretty ridiculous. Entitlement. And all you have to do for Poof to get that "honor" is suck up to him or be someone he feels he can manipulate. He judges everyone based on how they serve him.
