Funny how the libtards drone on about Trump raping Jean Carroll in a busy NYC Bergdorf Goodman dressing room but come up short on a few key mysteries regarding the case
a. When Carroll first goes public with her claims of rape which allegedly occurred over 20 years prior it is 2019. At which time She cannot actually file damages for rape as the statute of limitations for sexual abuse had run out by this time so the case which the judge refers to as Carroll I centers on the libel claims. Libel because true to form Trump can never keep his damn mouth shut, and for some inexplicable reason feels he must fight hand to hand on the same low ground with every grease ball and rock spider crawling out of their dark crevices to get at him. Falling for the trap Trump opens himself up to the libel lawsuit thus allowing the rape claims to take center stage as part of the intended smear campaign as the democrat filth had hoped and projected.
b. In 2022 shortly after Trump begins flirting the idea of running a third time NYS conveniently gives a one year grace period where alleged victims of sexual assault can bring forth civil cases against assailants for alleged encounters which had already breached the limitations threshold. That's odd, For something this groundbreaking to happen at such a convenient time. It's almost as if someone saw the allegations in 2019 and immediately got to work. Predictably Carroll II is then born which now seeks damages for BOTH the libel and the alleged sexual assault.
c. Carroll alleges in her testimony that Trump raped her in a BergDorf Goodman's NYC department store in a dressing room yet offers no credible rationale as to why she did not scream or ask for assistance of any kind. Furthermore, despite claiming Trump literally threw her up against a dressing stall wall NO ONE in the store heard the commotion.
And then of course, there is this inconveniently small matter of an episode of law and order airing in 2012 which sounds strikingly similar to the story Ms Carroll told the court. May not seem like a whole lot to some but when the story is told by some unhinged lunatic with rape fantasies capable of making Anderson Cooper recoil in horror on public television you really have to ask yourself if this woman is credible at all.
