The difference between myself, and conservatives, is that I understand that it is my civic duty to share in the cost of living in the best country (arguably). I don't bemoan paying my share that helps a person that is elderly, very young and in poverty, or disabled.

What I don't respect is those who receive benefits from government and don't respect the people that vote to support the more needy among our citizenry. Or that point fingers at others that receive assistance as if they were more deserving that others.
