The AP has been a compromised "news" source for quite some time. I wouldn't trust them to correctly name the color of the sky.

Your AP "source" uses as it's primary source a retired Democrat named Tiffany Flick, who oversaw the waste, corruption and fraud at the Social Security Administration for 30 years before bailing like a rat from a sinking ship just last month.
Of course that piece of filth garbage Democrat "civil servant" has an ax to grind, and being a Democrat "civil servant," is too stupid to realize that her declarations indict her herself for being there 30 years and never realizing that there were payees enrolled who were 130 years old+.
... or did she know? There's an interesting lead for the investigators tracing all the fraud.
