Lol.... getting accused as being a Blandscape fan is just a low down dirty slur of the highest magnitude.
Haha the Blandy fanclub isn't particularly large, I think big Lil is the only fully paid up member. Jack of course tried burying his nose up Blandy's ass but I don't think he was granted access.

Never; sorry.
I've already spent too much of my life with hair far shorter than I like.
Do you dye your hair fella? Come on, be honest! Hahaha... I've started getting a few greys on the sides but I have zero back and sides so thankfully it only shows up when I'm due a haircut. It's sort of like a reminder that I need to get myself to the barbers Lol.

I don't dye my hair even though it is starting to get some grey in it now. My beard does too, probably even more than my hair. There's only been one time my hair had any dye in it, back in my 20s: the gal I was dating at the time talked me into adding a blonde-ish stripe on each side that met in a point at the bottom/back of my head. I was in the USAF at the time and they were *not* fans... I ended up having to go back to the dorm and dye the bottom half of my hair black to cover the stripes after I failed to convince them the blonde-ish stripes weren't an "unnatural color" and therefore allowable by the statute.

Bunch of normie fuckheads, they were. LoL

Yeah I got some greys on my chin too Lol, but I shave regularly, so as soon as they sprout they're gone. I'm aware that one day I'm gonna be completely grey, that's one thing which none of us can avoid, but I'm not sure whether I'll end up dying my hair... it often looks bad and you can easily spot it, particularly among old men.

Speaking of blonde hair, remember the Back Street Boys? LOL they were some shitty 90's boyband, one of them , Nick Carter I think his name was, had blonde curtains and back then as a teenager, literally everyone had that haircut, myself included. Birds used to love it though for some reason and they all got wet for lads with that hair style Lol. I even bleached my hair ffs, several times... An ex recently posted an old 98/99 photo on Facebook of a load of us in a nightclub and we all had that stupid fucking haircut haha, not a chance I am posting it on here. :LOL3:

Luckily the BSB were well after my time. I've heard *of* them but couldn't name a single song.

I went from having... I guess the best name for it would be a sort of mullet (layered top and sides, long in the back) in my latter school years to a military cut and then a new-wavish version of a mullet (still long in the back with one bang longer than the other and often obscuring my vision on that side). Later that style might be mistaken for "emo" but I was never into that genre, unless you count pseudo-gothic bands like Bauhaus, Cure, Gene Loves Jezebel, and X-Mal Deutschland.

Then it was back to a military/cop cut for a while, and now I just let it all grow and plan to keep it that way.

Unfortunately most of those "looks", especially the earlier ones, were in the age before smartphones so pics of me are few and far between. I had a few of me with the new-wavish mullet taken while I was at the beach but alas they also included a gal I'd been dating at the time and a subsequent girlfriend insisted I get rid of them. I wish I'd kept the pics and tossed her instead, but you know how it is.

This is before that one bang got long enough to cover my eye but I was already dating the woman I went to the beach with:

Somewhere between 1985 and 1988 while in the USAF (Flea has always said she likes this one):

Don't recall exactly but somewhere between 1989 and 1993?

Probably somewhere in the early 1990s.
During the rave era... :Jammin:

I was 11 yrs old around 92/93 and was gutted I couldn't go out to raves, after hearing the music on the radio and my mates older brothers going and boasting about how sick it was.

The first "rave" I went to I was 15 and it was in Leeds, still to this day I have no clue how I got in because I looked young as fuck Lol... clearly the doorman didnt care, but wow what a fucking night I had. It quite literally blew me away and paved the way for my love of music and the whole oldschool club scene.

You got that shirt from Lands' End or L.L.Bean.... didn't you.

I don't remember so maybe. Heh

Then as now a lot of my wardrobe has been chosen not for brand or clothing establishment but because it's black.

Perfect ensemble: black shoes, black socks, black jeans, black shirt, black jacket.

I don't want to start nothing... just saying... that was late 80's/early 90's mail order garb...

AKA Yuppieware...

The kind of clothing at ease layered under a sport jacket or barn coat, clamdigging in the Chesapeake, or casual relaxation attire at semi-posh hosted deer camps.

Same with J.Crew...

Lol

I honestly don't remember where I got most of my clothes. I'm someplace or perusing a catalog and see a shirt or whatever I like and I get it. I don't care about brands or labels or whatever, although I do prefer cotton to synthetic or blend.

A quick look at some black shirts in my closet now:

Ivy Crew Outdoor Classics
Chaps
Levi's
*unreadable* (a hoodie I've had for a long time)
Gildan (the 'Trumpaclaus' sweater a friend sent me)
Steeple Chase
Street Scenes
John Blair
Scandia Woods
Faded Glory
*unknown* (only label is faded washing directions)
F. Scott & Company
etc.

Not counting tshirts and whatnot that don't get hung up.

It's all cool if you were a mail-order VIP customer for suburban outdoor wear... no judgement. :Awesome:

Like there's anything wrong with having stuff delivered...

Clothes shopping is a necessary evil.
I'll do it if I have to but otherwise: bleargh.
Too peopley out there for my tastes.
