When you say "transferred taxation" you are assuming an utterly false premise. I hear this from Leftist dumbasses all the time. If government takes in less revenue from one source, that doesn't mean that that "lost" revenue has to be "paid for" by another source.
That is a false premise that doesn't exist in reality.
I know it's hard for Leftists to understand, but if government takes in less revenue it doesn't have to be "paid for" by anyone. Government simply has to spend less and adhere to a budget.
