. Today, because I am a good person, I carried one-a-them smartry phones back with me which I had found while fishing a particularly treacherous stretch of the lovely Lenapehanna. W/o even opening the protective case, I brought it to the local fuzz station and turned it in. The nice officer there said he would try to figure out whose it is and return it to them.
Could have been there for a few years...who knows? Maybe the person got over the lose and has a new on by now, but I know I did the right thing and my ma would be proud. It's moments like this I feel a particular kinship with Weeg.
...also, I read some thing that Prowler wrote and refrained from berating him for it and telling him to eat shit.
So nice am I.

Oh, and I gotta put one in here for the unknown motorist.
...for as I was leaving the river by way of an access road, a car was stopped up ahead and the passenger (of that vehicle) stepped out and signaled me to wait. He walked up around the front of the car and inspecting a dark object in the road, carefully picked up the snake and deposited it off the side of the road - a Black Racer or Black Rat snake. What a good fellow he was to rescue that snake from certain squishings.

PS: we exchanged thumbs up signs as we passed.
